I'm curious….do you as a vegetarian take umbrage to keeping a carnivorous pet (like my gorgeous fluffy pussycat sitting here with me reading Lacan (upon which subject she is a brainy expert; must be the high protein diet))? Well, as I said, just curious…
Cats are supposed to eat meat. They don't do well without taurine, although I suppose there is synthetic taurine. If I had a cat, I'd probably give it meat. I wish they would make bird- and mouse-flavoured cat food, but I suppose these are not by-products of the meat-for-humans industry.
Ms Perfect's dog likes carrots. She feeds it meat. She feeds herself meat, too. Her dog, I suppose. I dunno.
Perhaps Miss Perfect's dog is coming out as a rabbit! If so, he may be in need of some therapy.
